Dear RDCEA Member,
Best Telecom is a multifaceted company that has been a
leader in the Pre-paid Phone Card and Wireless marketplace for over 12
years. Our move into Point of Sale Activation (POSA) systems opened the door to
numerous other electronic transaction solutions including Bill Payment
and Guaranteed Electronic Check Conversion.
Past members of the Focus Group; Tom and
Preacher at TJ’s and Carolyn and Charlie at Huffman Electronics
suggested that we write this letter to you. Allen Friend invited us to
become an RDCEA vendor. You too can enjoy the success that they have had with
these services. Simply put, customers want and have been asking for these
products and services. Interestingly enough, Wal-Mart is now surveying
customers about these same products and services for their Money Store.

The products being offered by Best Telecom
will substantially increase the store’s customer base and keep those customers
coming back. The sale of these new products will impact your strategic plan to
keep these customers loyal.
In summary, Best Telecom can supply you
with ALL wireless pins, Prepaid Phone Cards, MasterCard
and ‘Instant Issue’ Discover Cards packaged as general spend and gift
cards. Electronic Bill Pay is available from two different companies for
virtually any biller and the billers can be customized for each individual
store. E-Chex electronically guarantees customer checks for purchases and
converts the transaction to a debit card type transaction, eliminating the need
for depositing checks! These products and services will work with any gateway
that you have on any POS system or a variety of terminal applications.
RDCEA members can pick and choose which products
and services best meet their needs. All billing will be done electronically via
ACH, allowing a business day in between each withdrawal allowing time for
deposits to be made. Best Telecom has negotiated with these companies so
that member margins will always remain in their accounts with the individual
companies taking out only the costs for each program. Best of all, you will
have one point of contact at Best Telecom for all of these
services.
